I used to work, briefly, at a “Gentleman’s Club” in Phoenix. One of our regular “celeberty” patrons was none other Jocko. He was filming his TV series in Phoenix at the time. The show was “The Highwayman”, a short-lived series about a “special federal marshal” (has there ever been a series about an ordinary one?) travelling country in a super-powered high-gadget truck to right wrongs. Sam Jones played the marshal.
“Jocko” is actually Mark “Jacko” Jackson. An Australian footballer turned actor best remembered for the Energizer commercials. OY!
Alas, Jocko’s star seems to have faded. I could find no pictures on the Web.
