Long time no update. The ex-KXTX happy hour was a blast. It was great seeing some of my former co-workers. Turns out my former boss lives four blocks from me.
Still no caffeine. This makes more than a week without it. And no fast food either!
Had a fun and productive weekend. Got to spend some quality pool time with friends. Broke down all the boxes that were stacked up in the dining room. Matt and I took a huge load of stuff back to storage. You can actually see our dining room now, in all its minimal glory. I got everything put away in my room (in some sort of fashion, meaning stuffed under the bed). I also dusted, vacuumed, and mopped. Just have to clean the kitchen this morning and the house will be looking wonderful.
Tonight, heading in to the Angelika Film Group, then catching up with the officially cancelled, but still meeting at an unofficial location MetaFilter Meetup. They’ll be at Ben’s Halfyard House at 8pm.
