Movin’ On Up!

I have decided on a place to live and it rocks. It’s about 850 square feet in Lakewood, with hardwood floors and amazing built-in shelves, cabinets, and architectural accents. The apartment is just up the street from Mark and Jeremy, so if I ever need a cup of sugar, I can mosey on down to their abode.

I’m sending the landlord my application info tomorrow, which always freaks me out just a bit. Cross your fingers for me.

Thanks to all you wonderful people for weighing in on the places. The one I settled on wasn’t from the original batch that I looked at. I lucked into driving past this one and being amazed.

For what it’s worth, I looked at places near work in Irving and couldn’t bring myself to move there. I’m spoiled by East Dallas and I don’t think you could get me to move anywhere vanilla like the places I saw in Irving.

I got a new phone! The folks at Sprint gave me a super deal, so now I can talk on the phone for more than 3 minutes at time! So call and message me!

I’m amused in a way I probably should not be that the Uristat I’m taking for my self-diagnosed UTI is turning my pee bright orange.

Some of my co-workers know about my blog and I’m not too sure about that sentence I just wrote.

    Damn, the chance to see all those coolio Dallas people makes it almost tempting to drive up there to help you move! How sad is that?
    What kind of phone did you get? The link zooms us over to a generic Sprint page.
    And where are the photos of the new place? :)
