» Not sit in front of the tv all day watching movies.
» Get to work on time.
» Not eat bread.
» Floss daily.
» Take a daily multi-vitamin.
» Limit my caffeine intake.
» Not let dishes idle in the sink for weeks.
» Put dirty clothes in the hamper, not on the floor/toilet/chair.
» Not make a dinner of a bag of popcorn.
