Why is it that in the recent film adaptation of The Phantom of the Opera, the Phantom has a full head of brown hair the first time Christine removes his mask, but the second time she removes it, his hair is blondish and he is bald on the side of his head? The only thing I can figure out is that she only takes off his mask the first time, but the second she pulls off a mask and wig? I think I’m stretching trying to make this work.

I really wanted the movie to be good. Too bad the acting and singing were so weak. Though, admittedly, I’m likely quite spoiled by over a decade of listening to Michael Crawford and Sarah Brightman sing.
