Five Years

Five years ago today, I started blogging. It wasn’t a great start. It was another month and a half before I posted anything again, but today is the day I celebrate my fifth anniversary of blogging.
In honor of this special occasion, I’ve restored the two months of posts that were missing. But, really, you weren’t missing much.
I also installed MTCloseComments, which shuts down old comment threads so spammers can’t post. This is a Good Thing.
Some statistics from the first five years of Random Thoughts from a Large Head:
- Total Posts: 1290
- Total Comments: 3005
- Visits since installing sitemeter: 160,292
- Friends Made: 200+
It’s the last stat for which I’m most grateful to this blog.
