Ohhhhh, not you too!? When I bought my house, I had no end of troubles with SBC . . . they effed it up from the very beginning, until I fired them and went with the company that actually owns the phone lines in my area. And here I was trying to remain a “loyal SBC customer”, and they did nothing but give us grief.
